The house is set in a panoramic position, amidst peaceful nature, surrounded by 5000 sqm of private olive grove in the Gargano National Park. It is 200 meters above the sea level and 2,400 meters from Mattinata beach. The property includes two adjoining independent apartments of 50 sq.m, finely restored, able to accommodate 4 people each and composed of: living room, kitchen, large bathroom with utility room and 2 bedrooms. Outside there is a splendid view of the Mediterranean vegetation of the Gargano promontory and the sea. The property is surrounded by a large covered veranda and large terraces with lawn, outdoor showers, laundry, finished barbecue and 4 parking spaces.
