The main features of the structure are the presence of a fireplace covered in typical Sardinian stone, the constant ambient temperature at 17/20 degrees in both winter and summer, the furnishings are rustic.
I like to travel to learn about new cultures and talk to locals to better understand their reality
The neighborhood is very limited to traffic as it is located in a street where those who pass through are only those who are resident or guest. In the surroundings there are restaurants, bars, shopping centers (Auchan-Carrefour), a park (Terramaini) where you can see the famous pink flamingo. It is possible to reach the center of Cagliari in 10 minutes by car or in 20 minutes with the metro which is 200 meters from the property.
