The neighborhood where the Villa is located is called "quartierino = small neighborhood " precisely because residential neighborhood par excellence. Only inhabited by middle-class families is just a few minutes' walk from the centre and the same from the "finance" district of Poggiofranco. In addition, the junction for Highway SS16, a perfectly maintained road (no need to pay fot it) will allow you to reach in half an hour all the most beautiful destinations in the area: Polignano, Monopoly, Valle d'Itria, Alberobello, Castellana Caves, Trani and the European city of culture Matera.
