Casa Pietra is part of the Il Poggio Agriturismo, which consists of two holiday homes: Casa Pietra and Casa Rosa. These houses are detached and each have their own entrance. The swimming pool is shared and fenced.

Casa Pietra is situated in a quiet and rural area, on a hill above Umbertide. Umbertide is a small town, but equipped with everything: bars, restaurants, supermarkets and even a small hospital with first aid. On Wednesday morning there is a local market in the center.
