Beautiful Villa in the Valley of the Temples, autonomous, with independent entrance, on two levels, with a surface of 140 sqm. On the ground floor, air-conditioned, there is a large and bright living room, with kitchen, double room, hallway, storage room, bathroom with shower. On the first floor, double room with a view over the Valley, triple room, single room and bathroom (without shower). The bedrooms are communicating. The villa is surrounded by a large garden of 4 h, with millenary olive trees, citrus grove and orchard.
The Villa is well connected by bus service with bus stop nearby, both to the city centre, which is about 1 km away, and to the nearby seaside resort of San Leone, which is about 4 km away. From the Villa it is also possible to reach on foot the Archaeological Park of the Valley of the Temples.
