The listing is for a private room with private bathroom, not an entire apartment. On the eighth and top floor, in an elegant penthouse, away from the noise of the city. A few minutes walk from the center, near the Porta Palazzo market. The room has a private bathroom, king size bed with latex mattress, air conditioning and a flowered terrace with a wonderful view of the city. Right in the center of the Balôn, the characteristic Flea Market. The area is a PEDESTRIAN ZONE, for parking your I recommend Via Andreis and Lungodora.
I have traveled a lot and even traveled around the world, but for a few years I have been more settled. So I welcome travelers ;-) I like art, literature, music and cinema. You can see some pieces of my art in the apartment. Wi Fi is available throughout the house and on the terrace. The use of the kitchen is not allowed, the washing machine is there but must be paid separately. For any information, ask ;-)
About a hundred meters away is the Porta Palazzo market, the largest open-air market in Europe, where MERCATO CENTRALE has recently opened, 20 restaurants in a single beautiful space. Without forgetting, every Saturday the Balon market and every second Sunday of the month, the Gran Balôn market, typical Flea Markets. The area is full of restaurants, bars and the excellent Gelateria Popolare with very good ice cream. In 5 minutes you are at the Roman Quadrilatero and in 10 minutes by feet you are in Piazza Castello, the right center of the city. This area is convenient to public transport and also to cars, it is easier to find parking here and it is still free, not downstairs but in Via Andreis and Lungodora.
