The apartment is located on the ground floor of an elegant and prestigious Milanese building characterized by an entrance with an imposing wooden door and a facade with attention to detail. With an area of more than 150sqm, the Loft is spread over 3 floors and is characterized by endless refinement in details and precious modernity. It has 2 very spacious bedrooms, as well as 1 living room with sofa bed and smart TV, a small private garden and 2 bathrooms.

On foot it is possible to reach restaurants, pharmacies, tobacconists, supermarkets and any kind of service. On foot it is possible to reach City Life in just 15 minutes and the Arco della Pace in 20 minutes.
As for instead moving by subway; the Red Metro M1 "Wagner" is a 2-minute walk from the apartment and allows you to reach the Duomo, the Fashion District with its luxury boutiques, the Brera District and City Life in just 10 minutes.
