Property information

The apartment is spacious and has a nice private garden. It is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker, and all utensils to prepare breakfast and fast meals and snacks. There is cookers, and kitchen sink. The food and beverages are not provided, but in the start-up phase we have a promotion: guests will find everything needed to prepare breakfast the first day !!! The host at check in will provides clean apartment and clean dishes, the Guests provide the routine cleaning during the stay, the final cleaning is not required. The host at check in will provides clean bed linen, bed made and towels set complete; there aren’t planned changes during the stay; the final cleaning is not required. Pets can be allowed only with Guest prior request and authorization of the host.

Neighbourhood information

Three kilometers from the center of Padua, in a quiet area, convenient to public transportation to Padua and Venice, easy parking, new apartment, equipped with all comforts, excellent starting point for tours in Veneto.
