The comfortable living room invites you to enjoy the flat screen TV, a very comfortable sofa bed and a wooden dining table for 5 people. The designer furniture fits perfectly together with magnificent paintings throughout the house. Moving into the sleeping area we find a bathroom, two bedrooms, one double with a second bathroom and a single bedroom with full sea view. Holidaycasa Brandy has 1 flat screen TV, internet connection, complete bed linen for each room, courtesy line and towels for each bathroom, a kitchen equipped with washing machine and dishwasher, and a small terrace with a magnificent sea view.

Neighbourhood information

We know that you will be tempted to stay at home but by doing so you will lose all the beauty that is outside such as the crystal clear sea of sperlonga which is 300 meters away and can be reached with a 5-minute walk. But in addition to the sea, there are many attractions and entertainment that you have at your fingertips, such as boat excursions that can be purchased at the port of Sperlonga which is a few minutes walk away, bars, restaurants and shops are also a stone's throw from home. And for the younger ones, the historic center with all the small restaurants and clubs such as pubs and wine bars, which are within a 2 minute walk.
