Property information

Exclusive portion of family quadri villa with independent entrance, directly overlooking the splendid bay of Porto Frailis. The Il Faro house stands out for its enviable position and for the refinement in the style of the furnishings. New, totally renovated, it has a large courtyard bordered by a well-kept flowerbed; tea and dining area in the shade, outdoor style shower with hot water. Three bedrooms: a very bright double bedroom on the ground floor, bordering a bathroom complete with hydromassage shower, toilet, sink, bidet, hairdryer. On the same level we find the living room with a splendid window overlooking the patio furnished with a living area, an open kitchen equipped and complete with dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, blender, espresso and American coffee machines. Downstairs the other 2 bedrooms, very welcoming, a spacious double bedroom with period furniture and another bedroom with 2 single beds and a double sofa bed, bordering the second bathroom, complete with large hydromassage shower, sink, toilet, bidet, washing machine, hairdryer. The property includes two parking spaces inside. Also possibility to rent beach towels.

Neighbourhood information

Porto Frailis is a small - about 200 meters of sandy shore - and beautiful beach just one kilometer from Arbatax, the port of Tortolì, reserved, protected from the wind and watched over by the tower of San Gemiliano. The clarity of the sea, sustainability and adequate services around it have very often earned it the recognition of the Blue Flag of the Fee (Foundation for environmental education). Markets, pizzerias, restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Our guests will not have parking problems because they will be able to park their cars inside the property. They will be able to enjoy a totally relaxing holiday leaving the house to go to the beach or take splendid walks on the panoramic road or reach the delightful village of Tortolì and the nearby renowned Arbatax with its red rocks.
