New building, 3 bedrooms with private bathroom, one of the three rooms, located on the ground floor with predisposition for disabled guests. I offer the opportunity to enjoy breakfast based on local products, some are produced own organic farm, others purchased in the area by small farmers. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, common fridge on the ground floor. Panoramic and quiet location, in a small country town. Breakfast service in common area. Private parking space. Access in the structure with personal code, sent by e-mail. Possibility to visit the small corilicola farm (organic hazelnuts)
I love meeting people, I like to share the beauty of the places where I live with my guests.
