My family bought the house 3 years ago from the last lady of the noble family that owned that building for several centuries. The house was full of furniture and memories of the noble family Guidarelli (postcards, letters from the soldiers in the first and second world wars, paintings, pictures…) and we renovated the house respecting its history and at the same time adding all the modern facilities.

Il Tosco is an historical house, with 4 bedrooms and 2 living rooms, situated at the first floor of a 1500 building in Montepulciano, Tuscany, fully renovated to luxury standards providing its guests with exceptional level of personalized service and comfort. “Il Tosco” is positioned in the “un-conventional luxury” niche. It is a unique place that allow its guest to experience the local heritage from multiple perspectives: architecture and style, food, wine and the Italian welcome.

Neighborhood info

The property is located in the upper side of Montepulciano historical center, nearby shops, restaurants, squares, churches and other monuments. Montepulciano is perfect to visit South Tuscany and Umbria.
