Questo accogliente alloggio si trova nelle immediate vicinanze del centro cittadino. Da esso si ha la possibilità di usufruire in pochissimo tempo di tutti i servizi: negozi al dettaglio, supermercati, pescheria, macelleria, tabacchi, cartoleria, bar, locali diurni e serali, poste italiane e posta privata, banche. In 3/4 minuti di auto si raggiunge il mare. Per chi ama passeggiare, si arriva in spiaggia camminando per meno di 2 km tra ulivi secolari e agrumeti. La struttura è stata completamente rinnovata e pensata con tutti i confort così da garantire un pieno relax. La bellezza del panorama che si ammira dal terrazzo attrezzato completa il tutto e rende il soggiorno ancora più bello e memorabile

Situata in una delle vie del centro storico del paese di Mattinata, questa bella casa appena ristrutturata è posta in una posizione tranquilla e silenziosa a pochi passi da uno dei più bei palazzi ottocenteschi del luogo. Il terrazzo dell'abitazione ha una splendida vista panoramica che guarda il mare. Da questo spazio esterno sarà possibile rilassarsi ad ogni ora del giorno poiché arredato con divanetti, tavolo e tenda parasole. Ad ogni sguardo VistaMare il respiro si farà più profondo e rilassato
