La posizione dell'affittacamere è sia in una zona strategica, da dove si possono raggiungere le spiagge principali o il centro di San Teodoro, ma è anche molto tranquilla, posizionata su una collina con una magnifica vista sull'isola di Tavolara e sulla spiaggia più famosa denominata "La Cinta" con annesso lo stagno dove vivono i famosi fenicotteri rosa. Informiamo i nostri futuri ospiti che dal 15 giugno 2021 è prevista la tassa di soggiorno (1,50 euro/persona al giorno) che dovrà essere pagata direttamente in loco al momento dell'arrivo.
