Casetta del Borgo is located in the historic center in a pedestrian area a few meters from the Canale Leonardesco port of Cesenatico, the characteristic Piazza delle Conserve and the beautiful Maritime Museum with a floating section with 10 boats set up with a nativity scene for the Christmas holidays ( from early December to mid-January). It has an independent entrance 150 m away from a large public car park, 800 m from the train station, 800 m from the beach The house is spacious and comfortable: on the ground floor there is a large living room with TV, sofa and sofa bed (2 singles or double), dining table, spacious kitchenette with window, equipped with crockery and pans, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven , microwave, coffee machine, kettle, bathroom with washing machine; on the first floor there is a double bedroom with a large wardrobe and a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and a spacious terrace equipped with table, chairs, umbrella and external sink. The House on both floors is equipped with a new heat pump air conditioning system
