Independent apartment (35sqm) for B&B use equipped with every comfort, quiet and 100% non-smoking. Located on the ground floor of a recently renovated small 1920s complex, it can accommodate up to 2 people (+1 child 0-3 years - on request we provide the cot) and consists of: 1 large double bedroom (garden view ), dining area with kitchen, private bathroom and large garden for the exclusive use of our guests. Covered car park / motorbike / bicycle, illuminated and free.
We are Anna & Eugenio, we bought the house with the idea of allocating part of our apartment to hospitality because we love sharing the love for our territory. We are both communication professionals, we love design and making delicious cakes.
La Casetta is located in Valpolicella, land of great wines and green nature, just a few minutes from Verona and Lake Garda.
