The apartement is in a wonderful position directly in front of the lake and the unique island we have on Lake Como,that's why the name La Terrazza Sul Lago, the meaning is: the balcony on the Lake. The apartement is recently renovate with all the comforts . There are : garden outside with flowers trees where you can relax, The swimming pools and the wonderful terrace overlooking the lake , mountains and Island Comacina. The pool and the terrace are not completely private because the owner with his family can use them of course always discreetly in the presence of the guests. You can use the pool also during the evening (it is completely illuminate ) when it is hot during summer time or when it is raining because is partial covered but not heated .

I will assist you during your stay of any kind of matter and i try to attend soon. Our guests are very important for us . The apartement is in Ossuccio one of the 4 districts of Tremezzina , the pearl of the lake. Very close to the famous Greenway of the Lake, a leisurely and pleasant hike through ancient villages stunning villa and gardens Romanesque and Baroque churches by the breathataking landscape of Lake Como. Close to Villa Balbianello Villa Carlotta . Not far you will find cafés restaurants bars and public beach
