Important information to know and extra costs: Cleaning fee: 25 euro to be paid on arrival Extra charge of 25 euros per day in case 2 guests request 2 separate rooms/ two beds. Check out after 10:00: extra charge (maximum 30 minutes). Private electric column available to the customer (cost based on consumption). Tourist tax 1 euro and 50 per person per night to be paid on arrival. Pets allowed with supplement. The apartment has been recently renovated and furnished with a classic design but at the same time fresh. Hospitality and tranquility are our keywords. The house is surrounded by greenery, close to the historic center, the sea and the major places of interest such as the Cinque Terre, Tellaro, Fiascherino, Lerici, Portovenere, Versilia and the Apuan Alps.
We are a family of 4 with 2 children aged 2 and 6. We will be happy to host people from all over the world. Animals are welcome.
Our structure, immersed in the countryside of Sarzana and surrounded by olive trees, is located in a strategic position to visit the wonders of Tuscany and Liguria. We are 1.9 km from the center and 5 km from the beaches of Marinella. Station at 1.5 km to visit the wonderful 5 Terre. 15 minutes by car from Versilia. 40 minutes by motorway to reach the wonderful Portofino. 25 minutes drive from the famous marble quarries of Carrara.
