Le Coste is located in Lavagno , just 15 km from Verona , immersed in the green hills planted with vineyards and a small wood owned. The completely renovated structure is part of an ancient court dating back to the eighteenth century. In a panoramic position, ideal to enjoy the tranquility of the place, the sun, and a swimming pool to relax during the hot season. The property has four double bedrooms each with its own private bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and sink. The property also has large common areas, for reading, relaxation, with large glass surfaces open to the garden and swimming pool.

Neighbourhood information

An ideal place to reach and visit the nearby cities of Verona, Vicenza 48 km, Mantua 56 km, Padua 87 km and Venice 110 km as well as the ability to quickly reach Lake Garda 35 km and the hilly and mountainous areas of Lessinia, with the wide choice of wine tours in the nearby wineries that produce the famous wines Valpolicella and Soave, these also cultivated in the vineyard property. Lessinia is a territory to be discovered, with a wide choice of walks, with an architecture characterized by houses with roofs covered with stone slabs and rich in fossil deposits of which you can admire rare specimens in the Museum of Fossils in Bolca at 29 km.
