E' composto da 4 camere, ogni camera è dotata di un letto matrimoniale, di un bagno con doccia. Può ospitare comodamente due persone. Uscendo dal portone sono disponibili negozi, ristoranti, supermercati, banche, farmacie e fermate autobus per poter visitare la costiera sorrentina ed amalfitana.

l'appartamento è al centro di Piano di Sorrento. A pochi metri sono disponibili bar, ristoranti, negozi, supermercati, farmacie, banche ed ogni genere di necessità. La stazione ferroviaria circumvesuviana è a 7 minuti a piedi, con la quale è possibile raggiungere Sorrento (5 minuti), Pompei (30 minuti), mentre le fermate autobus sono a 1 minuto sia per Sorrento che per visitare la costiera amalfitana
