Please note: it is forbidden to smoke inside the house. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. Furnishing: rustic, modern, friendly, with some antique furnishings, tiled floor, cotto floor. Equipment: satellite TV; internet access Wi-Fi (included); washing machine; gas central heating; storage room in the house. Exterior (private use): Plot description: private part of the estate approx. 200 m², open plot, trees, garden, lawn. terrace, reserved open space, furnishing provided, deck chairs, sun loungers, sunshade, transportable barbecue.
The farmhouse is located in the Pisa countryside, just 3 km away from the Leaning Tower (the skyline can be seen from the garden) and the historic center of Pisa. Bagni di Pisa Spa resort in the village of San Giuliano Terme is only 2 km away and can also be reached with a nice walk in the corn fields paths. The location is strategic to reach the historic center of Lucca (perfect for Lucca Comics and Lucca Summer Festival). Main beach towns of Versilia (Forte dei Marmi, Viareggio, Camaiore) are only 20 km away and can be reached in approximately 30 min. Bolgheri can be reached in approximately 50 min (70 km away). Florence can be reached in approximately 1 hour (90 km away). Siena can be reached in approximately 1 hour and a half (150 km away). San Giuliano Terme train station is 2 km away.
