Residential complex "beachfront", equipped with lifts and reserved Parking inside, closed with electric barrier. In proximity of the building there are all the main stores such as supermarkets, newsagents, tobacco shops, bars, ice cream shops, pizzerias and restaurants. The residence "Bianco Nero" is also about 300 meters from "Viale Centrale", along which you can reach in a few minutes, the beautiful pedestrian promenade in the center of Sabbiadoro, where you will find the best boutiques, major shops, as well as several pubs, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, game rooms, etc. A few minutes’ walk, there are also the Junior Park for the entertainment of children. In Lignano Pineta, just a few kilometers away, you can reach the wonderful theme parks Aquasplash and Gulliverlandia, zoo Punta Verde and Golf Club Lignano.
