Located 100 metres from the sea, in an oasis of tranquillity overlooking the Gulf of Marinella, Baia Apartments is a cosy residential complex immersed in the Mediterranean maquis. Consisting of small buildings and terraced units alternating with flowerbeds and green spaces, the village is harmoniously laid out on land sloping gently down to the sea and offering a relaxing atmosphere. Just a few steps from the sea and 5 km from the renowned locality of Porto Rotondo, the residence has: - reception (h 9am-1pm / 4pm-8pm) - free wi-fi (in the restaurant area and central square) - bar and restaurant-pizzeria (managed externally) - market-food market (managed externally) - children's play area - free unattended parking Well integrated into their surroundings, the apartments are distributed in several terraced buildings and can be on the ground or first floor; just a few steps from the sea, they have a private outdoor space and are equipped with: - kitchenette equipped with fridge and freezer - satellite tv - bathroom with shower - air conditioning - patio and small garden equipped with table and chairs if on ground floor - balcony equipped with table and chairs if on the first floor Please note that the apartments are all different from each other, furnished in a classic and simple style according to the taste of each individual owner, with not recent, but functional and comfortable furniture.
