The unique point of view to join Venice out from the crouded area and be connect to San Marco area in just 15 minutes! Amazing city view

Neighbourhood information

The area is really local atmosphere, with local bakery shop, restaurnats and bars, a supermarket is near by. Many boat line connect you to the different area of Venice even to the Lido for a summer day on the beach , all the moust important museums and cultural institutions are within very easy access . Palazzo Ducale, Musei dell' Accademia , Peggy Guggenheim foundation , Isola di San Giorgio and all the istitutions and museums on the Canal Grande .
