Elegant apartment of 155mq, completely frescoed, period '700, located in a historic building of the 16th century under the protection of Cultural Heritage. All the windows overlook the street a few meters from the main square where there are restaurants, bars and services. The apartment is furnished with period furniture, old paintings and is offered in the conditions in which it is found and as it was previously lived. !!! IMPORTANT !!! The apartment is located on the second floor of the building, with four flights of stairs, without a lift (60 STEPS). The apartment consists of a kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, kettle, coffee machine with pods, moka and dishes), dining room, a lounge, SmartTV, two bedrooms with two double beds, a bathroom with shower. Pets not allowed. The residence is located within a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL). Free parking: - ENRICO FERRI "Ansa del Tevere" parking area in Viale Nazario Sauro; - parking areas in Viale Armando Diaz. Both 500 meters from the Residence. Paid parking: - Via Antonio Gramsci 100 meters from the Residence. Free on Sundays.
