Apartment completely renovated in 2018 a few steps from Piazza San Marco, ideal for couples of all ages who want to enjoy the real Venice. Walking through the Marciana area after sunset or just before the sunrise will allow you to perceive the true essence of the Serenissima. The location in the heart of the city will avoid you boring itineraries, just go out on the road to get on one of the many tourist itineraries, well marked by the yellow signs. Otherwise, if you want to enjoy the 'Hidden Venice', you can go through calli and sottoporteghi sure to stumble sooner or later in an indication that will take you straight to Piazza San Marco and then home.
This should have been my first apartment, where to move and start a family; but the events did not allow it and now, after years and two daughters, I wanted to take back those distant projects to make it a haven to spend happy and relaxing moments. I've been a rugby player for so many years and I've got to know many people from other continents and I hope one day they'll come and visit me.
The apartment is in the center of the city at the end of the Prime Mercerie dell'Orologio. The area is the most active in Venice and you can really find everything, leaving the house you will be catapulted into a magical world where everyone will find something that excites his interest, history and big names live arm in arm in the historic center.
