The house is centrally located in relation to ​the most beautiful beaches: Santa Teresa, Palau or Porto Pollo are a few minutes away, as well as the beaches of the Costa Smeralda or Monti Russu, UNESCO site, are nearby.  It is also in an ideal position for hiking, biking and water sports. At 700 meters flows the river Liscia, with traits ideal for canoeing.  Inside the property, in a path that leads to a Dolmen of the III Millennium B.C., you can take long walks immersed in nature.

The apartment is located inside an old 1850 renovated building, and the property surrounding the Stazzo enables nice walks amidst the scent of the Mediterranean brush; The Liscia river runs along the property, Costa Smeralda crystalline waters are nearby. To be able to move smoothly you need a means of transport, park is free.
