The house was designed ti offer guests pleasant sensations and maximum comfort . The proximity to the sea in the quitest and most sought after neighborhood of Ostia ( the Polar star ) and the proximity ti any services such as the " Polar star " train station ( 30 Min to Roma Piramide station ), pharmacy, " Conad " supermarket ,restaurants " Grassi " hospital , make it an opportunity to have everything at your fingertips . Fiumicino Airport at 10 minutes away. In the year 2024 the quality of the Sea of Ostia declared one of the most cleaner in Italy. We are happy to inform that from 27 november 2024 the house has completed the third bathroom !

Stella Polare Is the most quiete and considered neighbour of Ostia .We have all the services in zone : bar , supermarket, ristorants, pizzerie, pharmacy and bathing establishments.
