About this property
Facing Mount Ortles and set along the street leading to central Stelvio, family-run Hotel Stilfserhof offers a restaurant, and a free wellness area with sauna, infrared cabin, and Turkish bath. Its Alpine-style rooms overlook the village or the mountains. Rooms at the Stilfserhof are fitted with carpeted floors, light wood furniture and either exposed wooden beams or wood-paneled walls. Each includes a flat-screen satellite TV and a bathroom with bath or shower and toiletries. Most have a balcony or a terrace. The restaurant specializes in Italian classics and regional specialties prepared with produce from the hotel’s orchard. Cold cuts, cheese, yogurt, together with homemade cakes and honey, are served for breakfast, in the dining hall or on the terrace in fine weather. Surrounded by leafy cherry and apple trees, the furnished garden is the ideal place to enjoy peaceful moments while reading a book from the library. Hiking tours around the valley are organized once a week.
