Sunset Bay Pool Villa is a newly built independent luxury villa, completely at your disposal. It offers its guests a private infinity pool for exclusive use with counter-current swimming and hydromassage with waterfall, all in a corner of relaxation and comfort. At guests' disposal sofa and beds, outdoor shower and direct access from the bedrooms. In another outdoor area you will find a pergola with table and chairs, the barbecue as well as a large space where you can freely spend your days. Inside there are two bedrooms overlooking the pool: one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, the other with 1 raised single bed and 1 double bed. In the living area there is a very comfortable sofa and a 55' TV. Also at your disposal free wi-fi, air conditioning and TV in all rooms. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances and in the laundry room you will find the washing machine, the ironing board and the iron. The pool is heated in the months of April, May and October. Charging the electric car is not permitted.

I take care of my facilities maniacally, both in terms of comfort, furnishings and services and cleaning. I welcome my guests personally and I am always available for any need
