Located in the town of OSTUNI, 3 Km (5 minutes) from the center, 12 Km (20 minutes) from the beautiful beaches of the Adriatic Sea, and 35 minutes from Brindisi airport (BDS), Tenuta Traghetto offers the following: - Huge air-conditioned open space with fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room with fireplace and pouf bed - 4 air-conditioned master bedrooms with queen bed, en-suite bathroom, and TV - Private saltwater heated pool (Heater is optional: Euro 60/day - Patio with outdoor kitchen and barbecue area - 1 Pack ’n Play/travel crib, for kids up to 3 years, and 1 high-chair are available at no extra cost ALL ROOMS (4 bedrooms, kitchen/dining room/living room) have AIR CONDITIONING (capable of both cooling and heating) and the ENTIRE HOUSE has underfloor HEATING. Dedicated staff, off-site but nearby, will be available for assistance at any time during the stay, 24/7. Our only rule is to treat the property as if it was your own. For stays longer than 6 days, we offer, included in the price, mid-week cleaning services every 3/4 days. Every 7 days we also change linens and towels. The days and the times will be agreed with our guest manager at check-in. The outdoor video surveillance system can be turned on and off any time by the guest to guarantee total privacy. At check-in the system will be turned off unless instructed differently. Guests are required to show a photo ID upon check-in. Pool Heater (optional) - it can be turned on and off by the guest.
