The main entrance leads immediately to the first bedroom consisting of a double bed and wardrobe. - A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required for under 21 years old groups. - Only small pets are allowed on request. Note: The car park in Via Adua 14 - is very close to the historic center and is 450 meters on foot from the property. The rate is Euro 0.60/h with a maximum daily rate of Euro 5.00. Alternatively there is the parking in Piazza G. Mazzini, and it is 950 meters from the property. The rate is Euro 1.30/h with no maximum daily rate. Payment by parking meter from 9.00 to 14.00 and from 16.00 to 21.00.
