Industrial-style loft, completely renovated, with a fully equipped kitchen, welcoming and elegant spaces for a memorable and comfortable stay.
I love my homeland and I enjoy welcoming my guests in the best possible way.
The loft is located on the oldest street in Pachino, the first street to be paved with "Basale" (square bricks made from white stone). This is why the area is called "Basalata". It is just a few meters from the center of Pachino. Within a few minutes' walk, you'll find a pharmacy, cinema, supermarket, bar, tobacco shop, jewelry store, post office, ATM from the Banco di Credito Cooperativo di Pachino, local pastry shop, gas station, fruit vendor, beverage vending machine, and cigarette vending machine.
