The flat consists of two finely furnished bedrooms with views over the rooftops and the main street. Fully equipped kitchenette with everything you need to enjoy breakfast or dinner on the wonderful terrace. The common area of the lounge, where the sofa bed is located, is spacious and very well lit. It is embellished with refined but at the same time "warm" furniture. The bathroom is modern and equipped with a large and comfortable shower. Fast and stable Wi-fi, workstation for smart working. Possibility of paid parking in the street in front of the flat. Otherwise free parking at the Consolazione and free minibus to 50 meters from the flat. As per D.L. 172 of 26 November 2021 the green pass will be checked on arrival at the property.
Hi, I am Monica and I have many interests in life, for example meeting new people and getting to know different cultures. I believe that my job can be a great way to achieve these goals. I like to host and make people feel at home and welcome, so I personally look for places and houses or villas that reflect my philosophy of life. Each stay is a cultural and sensory experience that must be taken care of in every detail. I chose the places dear to my heart, and found the houses that best reflect what they mean to me, which is why my search focused on Rome and Umbria. I am sure you will get to know me in some way when you stay in these houses! I am busy with many other things I like and so far everything seems to be going well. Have I been lucky? Maybe sometimes, but surely willpower makes all the difference.
Todi is among the most beautiful villages of central Italy and can be visited completely on foot. The center, where the apartment is located, is a small jewel with its squares and churches. In summer above all there are musical, theatrical, cultural and gastronomic events that can complete a holiday of relaxation and good food, for body and soul! The flat is located in the city centre and during the weekends the ZTL (limited traffic zone) is active, on Saturday from 3pm to 8pm and on Sunday from 9am to 8pm. On these days it is recommended to park at the Consolazione (in the free white lines) and take the free minibus that leaves every 5 minutes and stops only 50 metres from the flat. . Todi has an efficient public transport network, even if the real beauty is to turn it around with your nose in the air!
