Three bedroom, two bath villa nestled in the heart of Tuscany (Chianti region) with a beautiful pool surrounded by a vineyard. This quiet and peaceful gated property has gorgeous views of the rolling hills, a castle, and nearby wineries with front and back patios and gardens to enjoy the lovely sunshine for outdoor relaxing. The villa is located 45 minutes south of Florence and 1 hour north of Siena and has fabulous restaurants and large supermarkets very close by.
I've had the good fortune to travel the world and along the way I found a beautiful place that captured my heart a few years ago. I kept coming back to visit Tuscany every year since then so I finally decided to buy a home there. I plan to spend some time there every year but I want to make it available for others to enjoy as well.
I most likely will not be in person on the property when guests are there but I will make sure someone is available as needed.
