Please note, that the access road to the property is a 600m steep gravel road, we therefore recommend an SUV or 4x4 car for your comfort and safety. The villa is surrounded by beautiful gardens and ancient olive trees and offers breathtaking views over the lake. The newly built villa is set on a well-maintained 21 acre private estate which guarantees peace and tranquility and lets you thoroughly enjoy the full beauty of the lake environment, and yet it is conveniently close to popular places like Verona and Venice. Villa Castelletto provides a natural and luxurious habitat which focuses on the harmony between body, mind and soul and allows you to relax and recharge together with your friends and family. Hildegard and Norbert fulfilled a livelong dream with this property on lake Garda. With lots of passion, dedication and love for everything that grows they manage the estate together. They live in a separate house, approx. 200m from the villa and are therefore the only neighbours in sight.
It is a very quiet and tranquil place in the middle of nature - nonetheless everything you need is just a short drive away: Wonderful restaurants, well-stock supermarkets, butchers and local markets are within 15min driving distance. The lake shore is only a short drive away and the magical city Verona can be reached in an hour.
