Located in Procchio, Villa del Colle Charme e Relax has recently been renovated to offer its guests a stay with all the necessary comforts. In addition to the modern structure itself (visible in the photo), the Villa offers accommodation with free Wifi, flat-screen TV, large garden, terraces, beds with memory mattresses, induction hobs and private parking. All units are equipped with air conditioning, private bathroom with washing machine and kitchen with dishwasher, induction hobs, oven, fridge. The structure is located in a strategic position on the island, from this point it is possible to move from one side of the coast to the other quickly, moving according to the winds to always find the most beautiful sea on the island. I am a teacher and environmental hiking guide on the island. I fell in love with this area and over the years I have always continued to explore this island, always discovering new wonderful landscapes. I will be at your disposal together with the team to make the most of your stay and also give you some good tips on the beaches to visit!
The Villa is 1.3km from Procchio beach and 6.3km from Marina di Campo and its central location allows you to reach all the most famous beaches on Elba. From the most populated center of the island and port, Portoferraio is 11km away. You will have access to supermarkets and other services both in Procchio (market, tobacconist, bakery and bar) which is 1.3km away, La Pila (Carrefour and tobacconist) which is 2.6km away and Marina di Campo (Conad and Coop and all services) which is 6.3km away. For evening life the island offers many varied village events. Marina di campo always offers a good opportunity with its various venues. Regarding nightlife there is Giannino live music which is 1.6km away and Club 64 which is 5.0km away, in addition to events that vary according to the period. As far as the world of trekking is concerned, the location is fantastic, being exactly on the GTE (Great Crossing of Elba) and many paths branching off right from the structure. The distances of the structures are calculated with Google Maps.
