Company information

We love the relaxed italian life-style and their love for the beauty in life. Before we moved to Tuscany we rented-out in the Netherlands (Zandvoort/Amsterdam-beach) and received several Booking- awards for it with an average score of 9.7 . Ourselves we enjoy going to local markets, hiking and cycling in the nature-reserve around our property, the liveliness of cities like Florence, Lucca, Pisa close but also having the option to easily go to the great beaches in Versillia & Livorno

The apartments/rooms are part of on traditional Tuscan Villa situated in the heart of Tuscany in the nature reserve of Cerbaie (look on google for Poggio Mozzo) We created a modern ecological relaxing vibe whilst assuring up to date northern European comfort. All rooms have their own private Aperitivo mini pool to enjoy the Dolce Vita after a day that stimulated all you senses by incredible culture, art, food, nature, or flee-markets and italian liveliness or just to start-up the day with a espresso looking over the olive trees or Arno valley
