Property information

The apartments are located in a shared villa in the hilly Umbrian countryside. We are in the Ponte Rio hamlet, an extremely quiet and relaxing area in which to stay in close contact with nature but at the same time not far from Perugia, thanks to the bus stop under the house which takes you to the city center in about half an hour. The accommodation enjoys every comfort, including private terrace, WIFI and smart TV with Netflix. Parking included!

Neighbourhood information

Perugia is the capital of Umbria and a city famous for places of interest such as the Cathedral of San Lorenzo and the Fontana Maggiore (one of the most famous in Italy) the Palazzo dei Priori, the Sala Notari, the National Gallery and Rocca Paolina ( and its basements). If you are passing through this beautiful region, a visit to Assisi and the Basilica of the same name, the medieval town of Gubbio and the characteristic Todi, the municipality of Montefalco renowned for its vineyards and the city of Foligno (renowned for its its historical re-enactments and for the Quintana carousel). The accommodation is located in Ponte Rio, a hamlet of Perugia, in the hilly Umbrian countryside, in an extremely peaceful and relaxing area, in close contact with nature. The center of Perugia can be reached in about half an hour by bus (stop under the house) or by car. The closest essential services such as bars, supermarkets and chemists are a 5-minute drive away, in the Ponte Pattoli hamlet.
