Have fun with the whole family at this Luxurious, Stylish and Beautifully maintained Villa in the first phase of Richmond Estates. Located in this upscale community CTBH @ The Palms is gated, with 24 hour Security, Pool, Club House, Tennis Court, Basket Ball Court, Kiddie Play Area, Gym and only 5 minutes away from its own private Beach. The Country store and all the amenities are within walking distance of this Villa.

Adequate parking is available in front of the villa under a covered garage. Taxi's are available right outside the security gate to provide transportation as needed.
