Company information

Got into the world of French cuisine after graduating university. Visited to the west after working in Sapporo Grand Hotel same as my father. It is every day of efforts in order to make one dish using the Niseko nature which is not caught by the frame of the French cuisine. My hobbies are surfing, snowboarding, and back country tour. Most of our customers are repeater, but I am glad to meet new customers from all of the world.
