Hello!! We,Boso-Stay, offer management services for vacation house in Chiba prefecture. Our company mainly work on renovation to preserve traditional architecture, so most of our managing vacation houses are traditional Japanese houses, ”Minka”. We are looking forward to meeting people and helping visitors have a great experience while staying in Chiba.

Property info

Monshichi is a 300-year-old traditional house and probably the oldest building in the area. For the urban planning project, the building has been relocated by old Japanese technique called "Hikiya" And it has renovated as the rental vacation house and restaurant & bar in 2022.
