Togari Onsen is a quiet resort, all levels of terrain, and has the same massive snowfalls as Nozawa Onsen or Madarao. Easy access to Shin-etsu trail for hiking and trail-running. Beautiful rural location to experience the Japanese countryside. Restaurants, bars, shops, and onsen baths at bases of the resort. Great central location for snow sports, snow monkeys, culture, and more. Over ten other resorts are super close, including Nozawa Onsen, just 15 minutes drive away. In summer, we have great access for hiking, kayaking and e-biking. May-October, we have an outdoor BBQ patio with a mountain view.
