“事前に障害者駐車場をお願いしたところ、快くご対応いただけました。また、エアコンの操作がわからずにフロントにお電話したところ、すぐにお部屋にきていただけて、点けることができました。 チェックイン、チェックアウト時のフロントの皆様のご対応も丁寧でした。 大浴場が工事中であることを事前にご連絡いただいて残念に思っておりましたが、思いがげず入浴剤をいただけたので、同行者に温泉気分を味わわせてあげることができました。 また機会があれば利用させていただきます。どうもありがとうございました。”

“幼児と2人で宿泊。シングルルームを予約していた為、2人で寝るのにベッドのサイズが大丈夫か少し心配していましたがシングルのサイズとは思えない大きめなベッドの部屋を用意して下さっていました。助かりました。ありがとうございました。 大浴場もあり、良かったです。 又、加湿器が故障していましたが直ぐに交換して下さいました。”

“駐車場が無料だった事と大浴場があってよかったです！スタッフの方も丁寧で安心して泊まることができました。海外からの旅行客が多かったからか大浴場が夜も朝も貸切で入れてよかったです。女風呂はシャンプーも質の良いものでした。洗い場が四つにお風呂が一つでしたが娘と2人で入るには十分でした。 そして部屋のテレビにキッズチャンネルがついており、おしり探偵等14本アニメが観られるようになっていて子どもが退屈しなくてすみました。”
