“環境整潔舒適，讓人很放鬆，工作人員很親切禮貌。房間空間很大有儲藏空間放行李箱，從陽台落地窗就能看到富士山，每天醒來都會期待天氣好就可以看到富士山，心情很好。房裡有小廚房和一台冷凍冷藏分離的大冰箱，很適合去超市買食材回來簡單下廚。浴室乾濕分離有浴缸每天都會泡澡。特別想感謝櫃檯那位年長的男士，即便語言不通，我需要幫忙時非常溫和又有耐心，讓我感受到這間飯店的溫暖。下次來富士山，一定會再選擇住這裡！”
