“夕食時のスタッフの対応が素晴らしい。花火を見る為に外へでようとした時に、受付スタッフから部屋から見たほうが良いと言うアドバイスがとても良かった。おかげで綺麗な花火鑑賞ができた。身体が大きいので浴衣の交換を伝える時があるが、言う前に渡して頂いた。朝食の時にさりげなく予備の箸が置かれているなど、細かいところにも気配りがしてある。”
