About this property

Nestled among coral reefs and tropical gardens, Shimoni offers charming accommodation in cottage suites with thatched roofs. It offers chances for dolphin-spotting and experience first-hand protected wildlife. With views of the Wasini Channel, Cottages at Shimoni Reef Lodge are set around a pool surrounded by tamarind and baobab trees. The open-plan area includes a lounge and an outdoor deck, while en-suite bathrooms are standard. Guests can enjoy a series of activities, including diving and snorkeling, traditional sailing trips on Kenyan dhows, a Shimba Hills day trip, and a Wasini Island exploration tour. Shimoni Lodge is part of a Swahili fishing community and its restaurant benefits from fresh catch, local produce and exotic spices.
