“スタッフが全員、本当に親切！！ とくに受付のJOYCEは、とても良くしてくれました！ 客室内も、写真でみる何倍も綺麗で可愛くて驚きました！ タクシーでホテルの目の前についたら、すぐに車まで警備員が駆けつけてくれて荷物も運び入れてくれるので、女性1人でも安心です。 エレベーターもあるのでスーツケースでも問題ありません。 また、ATMの場所がわからないときに、警備員が一緒についてきてくれたので、とても安心しました！ またナイロビ市内に泊まることがあれば、絶対ここです！”
