“구옥의 장점을 모두 누릴수 있는 멋진 집이었어요!!!! 대구의 오래된 집이고 가격이 충격적으로 쌌기 때문에 별 기대를 안하고 갔는데 기대이상이었습니다. 구옥을 해치지 않는 리모델링이 돋보였어요. 보일러도 따뜻했고, 웃풍이 들어오는 곳엔 미리 히터를 다 설치해놓으셨어요. 그래서 전혀 춥지 않았고요. 위에는 실링팬이 있어서 여름엔 시원할거 같아요. 다락방이 특히 멋졌는데요. 애기들이 간다고 하니까 장난감을 세팅을 해놓으셔서 애기들이 집에서...”
