A cozy and clean 2 room apartment in the center of Almaty at the crossroads of Timiryazev street and Seifullin street, in the area called "Keremet", within walking distance to many attractions and business facilities The apartment has all necessary facilities for comfortable stay: fully furnished and equipped with all appliances, free Wi-Fi, balcony, central water supply (hot and cold water) and heating. Capacity up to 4 people (bed linen and towels are provided) All household appliances are available (washing machine, TV, refrigerator, microwave, etc.), kitchen is equipped for everything for cooking and having meals. Hairdryer, iron, cable TV, air conditioner. The apartment is located in a quiet secured courtyard. The apartment is on the 10th floor (out of 14), square area 61 sq. m.
